A Connect Card fare machine was installed at 16th Street light rail station, one on the most used in the entire system because it is a major transfer point between the Blue Line and Gold Line. But about two weeks ago, it disappeared. Gone. It there are not locations where riders can add value to their Connect Cards, the cards will be used less than they otherwise could be. SacRT: why?
