The location is accessible, and served by nearly light rail Blue Line and SacRT bus route 51. SacTRU, our ‘sister’ transit advocacy group, meets 1:00-3:00 at the same location.

- SacRT Forward: Discuss SacRT Forward (route optimization study) process and ridership vs coverage ideas so that our representative can participate effectively in the September 27 Stakeholder meeting. - Transit-Oriented Development (TOD): Identify TOD issues about which we would like more education; possible vote to approve sign-on letter on the city’s TOD Ordinance (10 minutes)
- Prop 1A Funding: Discuss STAR position and action on the streetcar JPA request for funding from SacRT’s Prop 1A funds; requirements set in 2017 have not been met. STAR letter on issue: STAR-to-SacRT-on-Prop1A_2018-08-22 (10 minutes)
- Action Team Membership: Discuss Action Team membership criteria, possible vote. Please review this document beforehand: STAR_ActionTeamMembership. (5 minutes)
