The STAR Action Team will devote most of our November 3 meeting to a deep dive into SacRT Forward (route optimization study). We intend to develop a position on the balance between coverage and frequency (ridership), and other aspects of the planning process. SacRT will be holding a public open house on November 13, time not yet set, and we want to be prepared for that, as well as the board decisions that will follow

We will meet 10:00 to noon, with the first half hour devoted to three other agenda items, and any others that come up, and the remaining 1.5 hours devoted to SacRT Forward.

• SacTA: what should our presentation to SacTA board in February address?

• Transit Oriented Development: develop a position on TOD for SacRT and region

• Action Team: what should our Action Team frequency and schedule be for 2019?

Action Team meetings are open to the public, though only Action Team members may vote on issues (we aim for consensus, but vote when we need to). If you want to have input to STAR’s position, please attend or comment beforehand to sacramentotransitadvocates@gmail.com.
