  2. On August 13th the City Council directed the City Manager to seek potential successor projects to the streetcar and report on the future disposition of the Riverfront JPA.
  3. A new transit group, SMART, submitted a letter to SacTA re August 8th mtg agenda item 14.

 What Criteria are being used to select items for the Transportation Expenditure Plan?  SacTA told  STAR to ask David Townsend TCT for information.  Townsend wrote that  Noah Painter from TCT will contact STAR et al and answer any questions you might have.
