STAR has been asking for a General Manager’s Report to be included in the agenda for years, most recently STAR requests General Manager’s Report in agenda. And SacRT has been promising there will be, for years. This is not an oversight on the part of SacRT staff, it is an intention to not share information with the public ahead of time. If the public had information ahead of time, it could comment on the report, but since it does not, it can’t.
