For 2025, there are several changes to the SacRT Board of Directors. Rick Jennings has moved up from Vice-Chair to Chair. It is common though not required for a person to first serve as Vice-Chair, then move to Chair. Bobbie Singh-Allen is the new Vice-Chair.

Continuing members are Rick (City of Sacramento) and Bobbie (City of Elk Grove), Rod Brewer (City of Elk Grove), Linda Budge (City of Rancho Cordova), Pat Hume (Sacramento County), Patrick Kennedy (Sacramento County), Caity Maple (City of Sacramento) and Phil Serna (Sacramento County).

New to the board are Roger Dickinson (City of Sacramento), Anna Rohrbough (City of Folsom), and Tim Schaefer (City of Citrus Heights).

Due to changes in Public Utilities Code by the legislature last year, City of Sacramento has three representatives, Sacramento County has three representatives, and City of Elk Grove has two representatives.
