On the June 9, 2025 SacRT Board of Directors meeting, there was a consent agenda item 2.2 Delegating Authority to the General Manager/CEO to Modify, Amend, or Otherwise Revise All Sacramento Regional Transit District Administrative Code Sections, board adopted policies, standard operating procedures and/or all practices that conflict with Presidential Executive Order 14173 to ensure compliance with the FTA Master Grant Agreement. The item was pulled from consent on the request of board member Roger Dickinson, to be brought back at a future board meeting.
During comment on items not on the agenda, Barbara Stanton asked about the status of that item, since there had been no communication from SacRT on the item or issue, and the item was not on the agenda for July 28, 2025. Her question was not answered.
Sacramento Transit Advocates and Riders (STAR) 
General Manager/CEO Henry Li said during his verbal General Managers Report that no action was required due to a court order. This information is not in the item 5.1 staff report.
