SacRT low-frequency bus routes 11 & 13

There are two low-frequency bus routes in the SacRT system, Route 11 Natomas/Land Park and Route 13 Natomas/Arden. Both routes have a frequency of about 45 minutes, though it varies with time of day. With the Meta announcement that there will no longer be any fact checking on Meta platforms, which includes Instagram, STAR is leaving Instagram. Right-wing fascism took over Twitter, and it is very likely that the same with happen with Instagram.

SacRT receives more funds for Dos Rios

SacRT was awarded funds from a USDOT RAISE grant towards construction of the Dos Rios Light Rail Station on the Blue Line, which will serve Mirasol Village and other developments in the area. DOT adopts PROWAG for transit stops

The federal Department of Transportation (DOT) has adopted the transit stops and transit shelters portion of PROWAG, effective January 17, 2025. This means that all new or altered transit stops must be compliant, for all transit agencies.
